It is a discipline which in addition to promoting healthy lifestyles, allows you to push your limits.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center\">Simply put, calisthenics is a way of training only using your body weight, as naturally as possible.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center\">Without knowing it, you&#8217;ve all done it at one time or another, yes yes! One of the famous exercises of urban training is the pull-up.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center\"><strong>For most (if not all) exercises, calisthenics is inspired by a very old sport: gymnastics. Voici un vid\u00e9o pour vous y introduire ci-contre.<\/p>\n<p>La beaut\u00e9 de cet exercice, c\u2019est qu\u2019il est facile de s\u2019entra\u00eener pour pouvoir faire ceci. Effectivement, on peut faire des shoulder press (pompes \u00e9paules), et ensuite, on peut mettre nos pieds sur un mur comme illustr\u00e9 ci-dessous. Les c\u00e9l\u00e9brit\u00e9s de la callisth\u00e9nie qui oriente leurs entra\u00eenements sur la force font beaucoup, beaucoup de muscle-up.
