Manage your waste intelligently

The management of residual materials is above all a problem of optimization

Your city or municipality carries out regular rounds of garbage collection in parks and public spaces. However, is this really the best way to manage your public trash?

  • Negative perception of citizens and cleanliness of places when bins overflow
  • Time lost and fuel consumed unnecessarily when picking up non-full bins
  • Impossible to evaluate the quantity and volume of residual materials rejected by citizens

Smart trash can at the heart of sustainable development

Our smart waste collector will become a must in the coming years because of the many benefits it can bring to cities and municipalities. Indeed, this trash calculates the volume and the weight used in real time, thus making it possible to know if a garbage collection is necessary. Also, each use of the trash is counted, to analyze how the trash is used at this location and thus know the traffic of your public places 24/24.

Developed in collaboration with students from the École de technologie supérieure, it will be self-sufficient, using solar energy. The solar panel, installed on the top of the bin also includes a fixture. It is therefore perfect for places where electricity is difficult to access.

Your savings

By knowing the volume occupied by each of your bins, you can collect accordingly, thus optimizing your movements.

The AtlasBin Smart Bin System will show you the optimized route in real time to reduce fuel consumption and mileage. For example, government highway rest stops would do a much better job because of the long distances to get there.

Thanks to the data collected by the smart bin, it will be possible to analyze Big Data: this data will lead to a new way of analyzing the information in order to find a better way to manage the municipality. For example, if a bin is overused, it may be worthwhile to stop sowing the grass around it because it is unable to mature and instead, install pavers. New information changes your decisions for the better, to avoid unnecessary expenses.
